The word "Lockcarpentry" was coined by Tony Gouverneur in Sydney Australia 2019.


It's a niche trade that covers the grey area between locksmithing and finish carpentry. It's all about installing high-end door hardware, like top-notch locks, latches, and handles, in a way that's both functional and visually appealing. Think luxury door hardware in high-end homes.
